We made a submission in June on the EIS of the Bulga Coal extension project. This a separate project from the Warkworth case, which was brought about by the Bulga Milbrodale Progress Association.
Our main criticisms of the assessment:
Misplaced emphasis on multiplier analysis
- Flawed cost benefit analysis
- Scope
- Royalty calculations
- Social and environmental costs
